On Nov. 8, Henrico County voters will have an opportunity to participate in a bond referendum to approve $511.4 million for capital projects to improve schools, parks and recreation facilities, public safety facilities and drainage. No tax increase would be necessary with voters’ approval of the bond referendum.
In four questions, voters will be asked to answer “yes” or “no” on whether Henrico should be authorized to issue general obligation bonds in a certain amount to support projects in each category.
