Midlothian is a phenomenal suburb of Richmond Virginia and definitely one of the best places to live. These are some of the best neighborhoods in Midlothian definitely give this video a watch!

In this video we first start with Hallsley because you can’t discuss luxury neighborhoods in Midlothian without mentioning the absolute best. Hallsley is a beautiful neighborhood and most of the homes were all custom built so they are all show stoppers. The HOA provides amazing amenities and the curb appeal is on point. You would love living in Hallsley.
Next we head a little further south to New Market Estates which is where the parade of homes has been held in years past. This neighborhood is also newer construction and full of beautiful custom built homes too. It is pretty much like a miniature Hallsley but be sure to watch the video to learn about a hidden downside to this neighborhood which would be a deal breaker for you.
Rosemont is next and it is a beautiful older neighborhood. The benefit here is that you get large lots and pretty mature landscaping and neighborhood feel. No real neighborhood amenities though. The homes here are quite large but you do pay for that space. For all you golf lovers this neighborhood is sandwiched between two golf courses.
We end at Oak Park which is a hidden gem in the Midlothian area. We love the curb appeal of this neighborhood and of course the beautiful exteriors of the homes. There isn’t much turnover in this neighborhood so you may be waiting a while for a house to pop up for sale. While there are tons of amenities closeby, the downside to this neighborhood is that getting out of the Midlothian bubble does take a while because there aren’t really any easy to get to nearby highways.
