We first start with the Smoketree neighborhood in Midlothian. This is a large neighborhood with over 600 homes in it. The houses were built between the late 70s and the mid 80s and are a mix of colonials and contemporary style homes. The houses have 3-4 bedrooms with 1.5-2.5 bathrooms. The prices range from the high 200s to the high 300s with an average price of about 300,000. There is a community pool within the neighborhood too.

Next we take you to the Greenfield neighborhood which has a phenomenal location in Midlothian. Super convenient to everything located along Midlothian Turnpike as it is right by the intersection of Robious Rd & Huguenot. This is an older neighborhood with lots of split foyers, tri-levels, and some ranches. On average you will get 1900 sqft for about 272,000 which is great!

Further south below Highway 76, east of Highway 288 and north of Genito road you find the Clarendon neighborhood. Homes here were built between the mid 70s up to the early 90s.

Deer Run is another Midlothian VA neighborhood that is really large with over 1000 homes within it. This location has its pros and cons. Being located right off Hull Street you are super close to everything you would need for daily living, but at the cost of high traffic along Hull Street. Homes were built in the late 80s-late 90s with lots of capes, colonials, and some ranch style floorplans. The average home here costs about $270,000.

We end in the Ashbrook neighborhood which is a little further southwest of Deer Run. These homes were built between the mid 80s and the early 2000s with lots of ranch style homes with a 1 car garage! Be aware that there are 2 areas in the neighborhood that are within flood zones.
