Art Show at the James River Detention Center

The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen partnered with the James River Juvenile Detention Center to host an art show for residents of the facility. The exhibit enabled young people, who might be at the lowest point in their lives, to express themselves through art. Organizers believe the display has a transformative effect on the youth who showcased their talents on canvas.
