Henrico County and Henrico County Mental Health & Developmental Services partnered with the Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen and the James River Juvenile Detention Center to help vulnerable young people share art in their community. These projects enable area youth to use their talents and express themselves in an impactful way that everyone can enjoy.
