Henrico County Public Works has finished construction of its very first neighborhood roundabout at the intersection of Henrico Avenue, Glendale Drive and University Boulevard. This is part of the county’s Neighborhood Traffic Management Program, where select residential areas are studied in order to implement the most effective traffic calming solutions for a given community.
