Juvenile Firesetter Intervention Program

Children under 18 are responsible for half of all arson fires in the U.S.
The Henrico County Division of Fire created the Juvenile Firesetter Intervention Program to rehabilitate and educate young people about the consequences of fire. The program aims to keep kids out of court and juvenile detention by sharing with them the physical and emotional scars that remain long after the flames are extinguished.
