Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears recently toured Henrico’s largest planned development – GreenCity. County leaders and GreenCity representatives shared details with her about the private, mixed-use community that will be designed as an “ecodistrict” and feature extensive parks, trails and open spaces.
The lieutenant governor also learned more about the county’s indoor sports and events center under construction at Virginia Center Commons which will complement Henrico’s sports tourism program that generated nearly $60 million in economic activity last year.
