The prevention of youth violence was the focus of a town hall held June 6, 2022, at Henrico High School and organized by Henrico County and Henrico County Public Schools. The meeting – “Together We’ll Heal: A Community Conversation for Peace” – centered on hope, healing and a call to action. “Ultimately, tonight is about we cannot do it alone,” County Manager John Vithoulkas said. “The government can’t do it all. We need help from the community. We need help from the nonprofit sector.”
